The brief

Show four trades clearly and collect what a quote needs

Fixwise Property Services does handyman work, planned maintenance, painting and decorating, drain unblocking, drain jetting, CCTV drain surveys, and pest control across South and West Wales. It works for homeowners, landlords, letting agents, and small businesses, and is a trading name of Dragon Multi-Trade Limited.

The website had to group the seven services into four trades, show the towns covered, and collect what is needed to price a job: who is asking, the property and its postcode, access and parking, the timing, and photos of the problem.

Starting point

A new business, with no website yet

Fixwise Property Services is a new trading name, so there was no earlier website. The pages, the quote form, and the admin were planned from the start.

What we built

Service pages in four trade colours, an areas page, and a quote form

We built the website with Next.js and the Payload editor on Cloudflare. The homepage opens with a photo of the painted terraces in Tenby and four tabs, one for each trade. Each trade has its own colour, and its service pages carry that colour.

Each service page covers the jobs it includes and the questions customers ask, with a short quote form at the foot. The page text, the service pages, and the quote requests are kept in the admin.

Quote requests in the admin

Each request is saved with its photos and the page it came from, and moves from New to Replied, Won, or Not going ahead. The list downloads as a CSV, and requests are deleted after 12 months.

The outcome

Live and open to search engines

The website went live on fixwiseproperty.co.uk on 17 October 2026. Its sitemap was sent to Google and Bing on launch day, and the .com and www addresses redirect to the main domain.

On Google PageSpeed, the homepage scored 99 for performance on phones and 100 on desktop, with 100 for accessibility, best practices, and SEO on both.
